American Nexon has just announced the update, Maple Story (MS) to the new version, called "Rise of the Resistance." In this new version, Nexon America gives players two new class are Wild Hunter and Battle Mage, and a new city named Edelstein.
Edelstein is a quiet mining town, where people are passionate about research technology. Players will be able to join Resistance group and the choice using two new classes are Wild Hunter and Mage Battle. Organizing Resistance is a group of heroes have linked together to prevent dark conspiracies of Black Wings, one of the secret evil lord has revived the powerful Black Mage.
Besides adding new content, Nexon has not forgotten organized Christmas events for MS. Players can visit Happyville and join events "lucky Chrismas tree" was held on Christmas every year. In addition, the Christmas and New Year's Day, from 2pm to 4pm (PST), players fight monsters will receive double experience points and items from monsters drop rate.
